The Development Review Committee is a subcommittee of the Planning Commission, formed to formally review development projects before they are presented to the Planning Commission for consideration. The committee is comprised of three planning commissioners, one Board of Supervisor, one citizen with development expertise and VDOT and VHDA as non-voting representatives.

Meeting: 4th Wednesday of each month at 4pm in the public meeting room.
